Letter or email to report problem with rental property

There are many things you are responsible for when you rent a property – these will be laid out in your Tenancy Agreement. However the landlord or their agent is responsible for things such as heating, water and electricity; so once a problem is noticed, it should be reported as soon as possible so that repairs can be made in a timely fashion.
